• Sport Relief 2014

  Well done to everyone for taking part in the final part of our Sport Relief Challenge. We had a fantastic time and there was a great atmosphere. Results of laps/mileage completed will follow. Enjoy the photos!

   

  

• Breakfast show on Signal 107 (107.2fm)

  Our school will appear on the Tom Campbell at breakfast on Signal 107 every morning starting from Monday 24th March. We are 'School of the Week' so listen in and hear our pupils taking part in lots of fun and games with Tom.
  
  Tom Campbell came into school today to record his interviews and had an opportunity to spend time in our school. He was very impressed and full of praise for our pupils and school.

• Dance Festival

  A fabulous performance by Woodpeckers this morning. They took part in the Pyramid Dance Festival at the Secondary School and we are so proud of them.

• Year 6 Tag rugby

   This Wednesday some of our year 6 children took part in a tag rugby tournament. There are pictures taken of the event on Owls' class page if you want to see them in action. A big well done to all those who took part, we finished mid table and the children had a great time. I'd particularly like to congratulate them on their brilliant team spirit! Well done!

• Easter Celebrations

  A group of pupils have formed the Easter Committee and have begun to organise events during the last week of term. A letter outlining their ideas will be sent out next week.
  A date for diary now is Friday 11th April - we will holding an Easter Celebration service at St Johns Church, Wolverley from 1.30pm. 
  Family and friends are welcome to attend.

• Advice for parents about Talking Angela/Tom

  This link should clear up any confusion, hopefully. Like all on-line resources it needs to be appraised by the carer and it's use moderated appropriately. There is a child setting which turns off the chat option in the Talking Angela app, as there is in Talking Tom and other similar ones from the same stable, but there is no way of preventing the child from turning it back on.
