Protein? Fats and Sugars? Carbohydrates? Vitamins and Minerals? Dairy?
Can you find out how each food group helps our bodies? e.g. gives us energy
Show us what you have found out, you could draw a picture and label it, you could create a chart, you could take a photo and label it.
