Progression and Skills
At Wolverley we plan our curriculum across four main milestones: Early Years, KS1, Lower KS2 and Upper KS2. We outline the knowledge, skills, and vocabulary to be taught across each phase. Our curriculum covers Games, Gymnastics, Dance/Movement, Athletics and Swimming.
In addition to this we incorporate 'enrichment' activities into our curriculum which may take place on our school site or at other venues.
These include: Bell boating, specialist coaching from local sports clubs, outdoor and adventurous activities - either based at local schools (orienteering) or on Residential Visits (Malvern Boundless Outdoors, Frank Chapman)
Sports Clubs
We run a variety of after school clubs which support our PE curriculum, many of them also lead to participation in local events, fixtures and tournaments.
