Welcome to Woodpecker's class.
The children heve now been back at school for a week and you would think they had been in the class a lot longer, they have settled really well and made a brilliant start to the term.

Our topic this term is 'Rise of the Robots'. Please feel free to send in any books or resources you may have that could support our work on this topic, anthing that is brought in will be put on display and returned at the end of term.

Information about PE and homework have been added to the class page under separate headings. Letters for after school clubs taking place this term are being sent home this week, all clubs begin next week (16th-20th September).

In KS2, if the children would like fruit/healthy snack at morning breaktime, please send this in each day.
Please ensure reading books/reading records are in school each day. Guided reading will take place throughout the week, the books used for this work will remain in school but comments about the sessions will be recorded in the chidren's reading record.
Lots of children like to have a water bottle in the classroom during lessons so please feel free to send one in.
