Paying for wraparound sessions using Childcare vouchers or tax free vouchers etc.

If you would like to pay for wraparound sessions using Childcare Tax free vouchers, Edenred vouchers or any other type of tax free incentive, you will be required to have a balance of monies on your PP account prior to booking sessions. Therefore please follow the instructions:-

In advance, so at least a week before, please calculate the cost of the sessions you wish to book, ie. if you would like to book £12 worth of breakfast club sessions and £16 worth of afterschool club sessions, please arrange to release £28 in vouchers, as you previously would.

Once this payment has been made by you, it will be received by the school and will then be reconciled to your Parentpay account, and you will be notified that the bookings can then be made by you.

It is imperative this is done in advance, as payments from the voucher service can take up to 3 working days to be paid into our account. 

Please therefore email the school office office@wolverleysebright.worcs.sch.uk with details of the breakdown of the sessions required and payment made, to enable this to be reconciled to your account.

Process for booking wraparound sessions if you are paying for sessions:-

Reminder - Bookings need to be made 48 hours in advance

Access your PP account ;

- click on 'book meals and places'

- under 'make bookings for' click the drop down and click on which wraparound session you require together with the 'week commencing'

- click on 'make or view bookings';

- click on the session you require, it should turn green 

- swipe to the left (if you are using PP on a phone) and the other days of the week will be shown. 

- click on the sessions you require, again they will turn green 

The booking summary will show the sessions booked and payment due

- Confirm your booking by pressing the blue 'confirm booking' button 

- Then proceed to make payment 

For information about wraparound, please click on the information leaflet above. Please note that late bookings can still made by contacting the school office. Mrs Hackett will book the wraparound session for you on Parentpay and a debt will show on your account, for payment to be made. 

Please phone through late or emergency bookings to the school office on 01562 850268. 

Please never assume there are places available for your child, always call as soon as you are aware you need the session.

Opening hours:

The Breakfast Club:

Monday - Friday 

7.45am - 8.45am  

All children will be taken personally to their own classroom and greeted by their class teacher to ensure they settle for the day ahead.  

Drop off Times & Prices:

From 7.45am: £4.00

From 8.15am: £3.00

After School Club:

Monday - Friday 

3.00pm - 5.30pm

All children will be collected personally from their classroom and taken to 'After School Club'. On arrival staff will register and provide a range of activities including afternoon tea, support with homework, outdoor activities using the large enclosed playground and downtime to relax. 

Collection Times & Prices:

From after school until 4.30pm: £4

From after school until 5.30pm: £8

Wraparound Club closes at 5.30pm. If you collect your child after 5.30pm, please expect to be invoiced for this additional time. As you will appreciate, we need to pay staff to cover for this additional period and this will need to be passed on to parents.
