  Weather Watch!

   

  The most recent forecast is for heavy snow on Thursday evening and through into Friday. We are monitoring the situation and taking advice from other local agencies. 

   

  In the event that school is closed we will notify all parents via text message, inform the local news and update the school website as soon as we can.  

   

  We never take the decision lightly to close the school and we will continue to monitor the conditions to ensure any decisions made are well informed and based on the how many staff and families can safely get into school. 

   

   

• Early Years Outdoor Area

  Hedgehogs Outdoor Area

   

  Work has begun on the outdoor area of Hedgehogs. Mrs Cartwright and her team with the help of Hedgehogs have designed their outdoor area. New equipment has arrived and the new canopy and flooring will be fitted before the Easter holiday. 

  The staff and children would like to thank The Sebright Trust who have generously provided the children with a grant in order for the works to take place. 

  Present and future pupils of this school will benefit greatly from the improved outdoor area.

  Attendance this week has been excellent. 

   

  Year 5 and Kingfishers: 100% (Amazing!)

  Squirrels: 97.9% (well done!)

  Year 4: 97.2% (again well done!)

  Year 6: 97.1% (much improved - well done!)

   

  Whole School - 97%

   

  Well done! 

   

  Golden Table...

  This week I was joined in the first seating by Neavie-Leigh and Lyra from Hedgehogs. In the second seating by Alexis and Evie from Kingfishers.
