  • Amazing morning of Tag Rugby

    Fri 29 Nov 2013
The annual yr4 Pyramid Tag Rugby tournament took place at Kidderminster Carolians today. Our school was reperesented by 2 teams of enthusiastic children who not only played really well but also displayed fantastic, hardworking attitudes, excellent behaviour and great sportsmanship. We are really proud of them and they should be extremely proud of themselves. Well done to everyone who took part and a big thank you to parents/grandparents who came along to support them, the supporters were just as enthusiastic as the children!

  • Well done Year 3 Cross Country Runners

    Mon 25 Nov 2013

This afternoon our children in Year 3 spent time at Wolverley Secondary School taking part in a Pyramid Primary Schools cross country event. All the children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and took part with a great attitude, and all the adults were amazed at the speed they ran the course. Congratulations to Alice Hoole who not only finished first for the Wolverley girls, she was also the overall winner finishing ahead of all girls from the schools taking part. A fantastic run from Lewis Parkinson who was the first boy from Wolverley to complete the run. A massive well done to all our children though, they all tried their best and should be proud of themselves, for some of them it is the first time they have taken part in a comnpetitive run. Keep on running!

  • Silver medal success

    Mon 11 Nov 2013
Jacob competed on Sunday at the GMAC centre in Birmingham at the West Midlands regional boys 6 piece competition, competing with boys from several counties.

He competed in the C1 u10 category, for 9 and 10 year olds competing in all the apparatus including high bar, parallel bars, vault, floor, pommel and rings.

Jacob performed extremely well on all pieces and as a result, despite having moved into an older category and competing against older gymnasts, scored 54.5 points, securing silver medal position, only 0.7 points behind gold medal position.

We are all extremely proud of his achievements.
