Thank You!

 

Thank you to everyone who supported the Wolverley Carnival on Saturday. Once the bus finally arrived the children set off on the carnival route collecting money for the local community causes. 

 

Our Morris and Street dancers were amazing! Well done to all involved and a special thank you to Mrs Webber and Mr McDonnell who have made sure our pupils performed so well. 

 

Thank you also to the parents who help to set up and run the Bottle Tombola Stall - once again the stall proved very popular. 

 

Roll on Wolverley Carnival 2016...

Letters have gone out today to Years 2, 3, 4 and 5 regarding music lessons next year.  Please return reply slips to school as soon as possible.  We offer Drum, Keyboards, Viola / Violin and Oboe lessons. 

How did you spend today?

Year 6 were given a huge surprise this morning - in recognition of their hard work in supporting our youngest children in Hedgehogs - the class were collected and taken to spend the day at The Safari Park.

The day has been sponsored by The Kidderminster Rotary Club who each year recognise the contributions of children in our school.

We would like to thank The Kidderminster Rotary Club and can not wait to share memories of the day. 

We have decided to stay with our existing suppliers M  & G Sportswear in Kidderminster.  We investigated several different suppliers and found they were the most competitive and could offer us the best service.  To ensure we get orders delivered before the new School year, could you please hand orders and payment to the School Office before Friday, 19th June.  Order forms are available in Reception and on our website under Parents - Uniform.  

Class Photos

 

Mr. Bryan Harris will be in school on Wednesday 10th June to take class photographs. We will need Hedgehogs to be in school by 8.45am in order to take their photo before they go swimming. 

Photographs will be available to purchase the following week. 

The Orchard

 

The Orchard is taking shape and soon the pupils will be able to access this section of the school. The natural shade from the trees will provide excellent relief from the sun! 

Picnic tables and benches have been ordered and will soon be located in the area. 

 

Thank you to our parents who have spent time creating a wonderful area for our pupils.

Allotment 

The school is very excited to share the news that we now have an allotment in Wolverley that our children will be able to visit and develop.

Mr Price will lead the project and will need pupils to help him develop the area ready for all our pupils to use in time.
