Christmas Soccer Courses

Just before Christmas Harriers will be holding football courses for children aged 5 – 14 years. The courses will feature Santa’s Penalty Shoot Out and our regular Six-a-side Tournament. All abilities are welcome and cost is £10 per day or £19 for two days. All course run 10am-3pm, younger children (5-7yrs) can attend for half days @ £5 per day if they feel a full day is too much.

The venues are:

Kidderminster Baxter College Monday 21^st and Tuesday 22^nd December

Cleobury Mortimer Sports Hall Monday 21^st and Tuesday 22^nd December

Bromsgrove Catshill Middle School Tuesday 22^nd and Wednesday 23^rd December

Droitwich Witton Middle School Tuesday 22^nd and Wednesday 23^rd December

Worcester Bishop Perowne College Wednesday 23^rd December

Places can be booked by emailing harrierscommunity@hotmail.co.uk or telephone 01562 863821. Payment can be made in advance by cheque or in cash on the day. Please send us the childs name, age, which course they wish to attend, any medical conditions and an emergency contact, then turn up ready to play on the day.

Christmas Raffle

Raffle tickets are now on sale at each Christmas Play performance and Carol Concert. We will draw the raffle on Thursday 17th December and notify the winners on the same day.

Just some of the comments from yesterday's Key stage 1 Christmas Play performance.

Well done to all the children who worked so hard and worked as a team to create a wonderful and magical Christmas Play.

And thank you to all the staff who again pulled out all the stops to make sure lots of special memories were created.  

Christmas Party Day

On Friday 18th December all children are asked to bring in party food, wear non-school uniform and bring a toy (in a named bag). 

The day will consist of party games, party food and a visit from a special visitor!!!

Staff will be out on the playground with their party food list which you can select from from Tuesday 8th December. 

Ho Ho Ho …..

This Sunday Father Christmas will visit Wolverley!

He can be found in his magical Lapland styled tepee, at the Wolverley Handmade Christmas Craft Fair.  He has a present for every child who visits him and tells him their Christmas wishes.  Find him at Wolverley Memorial Hall between 11am and 5pm this Sunday, 6^th December.  

Bring your friends and family, and see our wonderful stalls with lots of Christmas treats, drinks some mulled wine and sing carols round our beautiful tree.

Mrs Harrison

Mrs. Harrison will be returning to school part time from next week. In the run up to Christmas she will support staff across the school and spend time with pupils in each class. 

After Christmas she will work in key stage 2 supporting small groups for English and Maths. 

We look forward to welcoming her back from Tuesday 1st December. 

Nightingales - Supporting our Links in the Community

Nightingales are now recruiting for carers in the community. Pupils have brought home further information regarding this exciting opportunity.

Your child should have come home yesterday with a personalised Christmas card order form. All orders must be returned by Friday. Late orders cannot be accepted.
