October Half Term

Kidderminster Harriers Community Scheme will be holding our holiday football courses during half term. Course run 10am-3pm and are open to children aged 5-13 years (Reception- Year 8). Younger children, 5-7 years can attend for half days if they prefer. 

The courses will feature our Star Player Award and a mini soccer tournament, everyone who competes receive a prize. 

 Cost: Online price: 1 day = £10, 2 days = £20, 3 days= £28 . Half days @ £5 per day 10-12.30 or 1-3pm - 10% sibling discount 

Pay on the day price:  1 day = £12, 2 days = £22, 3 days= £30. Half days @ £6 per day- No sibling discount

Droitwich Cricket Club WR9 7AN– Monday 24th & Tuesday 25^th 

Worcester – Bishop Perowne College -Monday 24th & Tuesday 25^th 

Kinver Sports & Community Association DY7 6ER- Monday 24th & Tuesday 25th 

Malvern –  Dyson Perrins Academy - Tuesday 25th & Wednesday 26th 

Kidderminster – Baxter College - Wednesday 26th, Thursday 27th & Friday 28th

Cleobury Sports Centre - Thursday 27th & Friday 28th

Please bring both indoor and outdoor footwear, packed lunch, drinks, umbrella and waterproof clothing. All courses will be outdoors, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we may have to cancel. Online price is available until Friday 21^st Oct before the start date after which pay on the day price applies.

Autumn Term 2022

I hope everyone has had a wonderful summer - we are so  looking forward to our pupils in Years 1-6 returning to school on Monday 5th September. Our new pupils in reception (our new hedgehogs) have their first day with us on Tuesday 6th September. Very exciting...

Staff across the school have been busy throughout the summer making sure each classroom and learning area (indoor and out) is ready for the new term.

We can't wait to share with everyone! 

Just a few reminders before we start next week...

School Day

• Wrap Around is open from 7.45am - 8.45am each morning

• The school gates open at 8.40am

• School starts at 8.45am 

• School Gates close at 8.55am 

• Children arriving after 8.55am must report to the main office.

• School Gates open at 2.55pm

• End of School day is 3.00pm

• Children will start to leave their classrooms at 3.00pm

• Wrap Around is available from 3.00pm - 5.30pm each night

*Reception pupils in Hedgehogs have their own transition timings for the start of term.

*Nursery children - please follow Nursery times and use the intercom gate for staff to allow access on to the school site.

Tuesday 6th September at 2pm for Year 5 

Wednesday 7th September at 9am for Year 4

Wednesday 7th September at 2pm for Year 3

Friday 9th September at 9am for Year 1

Friday 9th September at 2pm for Year 2

During each session we will provide parents and children with information about the year ahead. It is also an opportunity to view the classroom and school. 

Parents that are available to attend should come to the main office to register 5 minutes before the Meet the Teacher start time. 

After School Clubs

• An overview for the year will be shared with pupils on Monday 5th September during the Key Stage Assemblies.
• A Google form will be issued for families to select preferences for the Autumn Term initially. 

School Uniform

Please ensure all school uniform is clearly labelled, including School PE kits. 

Water Bottles

Please make sure your child has a water bottle that can be refilled throughout the School day.
