Cookery and Spanish day at secondary school

Kingfishers had a fabulous day at Wolverley Secondary School. Mrs Bull taught us how to extend our vocabulary and be creative with our writing in English. She described the children as "delightful". Mr Harvey showed us different plans and maps and we then used this knowledge to draw 3D drawings. Mrs Turton showed us how to make bread dough, we loved the opportunity to explore how to make our own food and then taste it! Mrs Hartigan taught us about a traditional Spanish festival 'la fiesta de San Fermin'. We talked in Spanish and gained prizes for contributing.
